Food Products of California Workers’ Compensation Program (FPCA) was formed in 2006 and is made up of businesses in the food processing industry.

A Board of Trustees selected from the Group’s membership conducts oversight of the program. Food Products of California is approved and regulated by the California Department of Industrial Relations and the Office of Self-Insurance Plans.

Food Products of CA is selective in their membership and only employers committed to safety and loss control are considered. Prospective members undergo a thorough underwriting process before an offer of membership is extended.
